You can return the items you ordered within 30 days of receipt<\/strong>, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we can only accept products that are not in perfect condition in some cases, or only for a fee. <\/p>\n\n

How a return works<\/h2>\n\n

\n\t\t<\/svg><\/span>\n\t\t1. Let us know<\/strong>Just send an email to service@modern-natura.ch<\/a>. That way we know your parcel is on its way and can assign it right away. <\/span>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t
\n\t\t<\/svg><\/span>\n\t\t2. Pack carefully<\/strong>Return the items complete and in their original packaging, together with the invoice and with sufficient postage. We cannot refund shipping costs. <\/span>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t
\n\t\t<\/svg><\/span>\n\t\t3. Money back<\/strong>After a quick inspection of the goods, we will refund the value of the items. If the delivery was made on invoice and is still outstanding, we will simply cancel it. <\/span>\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n
