For 60 to 70 million years, R\u00fcgener Chalk lay untouched in the “R\u00fcgener Chalk Sea.” For about 100 years, the chalk has proven itself as a medical product, applied directly to the skin, as a pack, or in a bath. <\/p>\n

R\u00fcgener Chalk warms the body for a long time and in a unique way. You can simply mix the original chalk with water and apply it immediately. When used as a pack, R\u00fcgener Chalk can develop an increased ability to retain heat. <\/p>\n

Positive aspects include stimulating blood circulation and metabolic processes throughout the body. The sorptive properties of R\u00fcgener Chalk, along with the peeling performed during cleansing after a pack application, further support the product’s positive qualities. <\/p>\n

R\u00fcgener Chalk is a wonderful natural product. Its alkaline pH value is 8 – 9. <\/p>\n

In its pure form, the chalk has no known side effects or allergic reactions. When used with algae, the only exceptions are kidney stones of alkaline origin or thyroid dysfunction. Mix 1 teaspoon of R\u00fcgener Chalk with 1 teaspoon of water, apply with gentle massaging movements for 2 minutes once a week, and rinse thoroughly with warm water. <\/p>\n

    The chalk is used as a warm or cold pack, but also often as a bath additive. In its original form, directly from the packaging, R\u00fcgener Chalk is simply mixed with water. Or with natural additives. <\/div>\n

      You should not moisturize after using the chalk. The body is stimulated to produce more moisture for the skin. There is no actual dehydration of the skin, but rather a stimulation of the body’s natural skin oil production. <\/p>\n
