Ideology:
Apatite is said to be the stone of drive and self-confidence. It affects cartilage and digestion, the small intestine. It stimulates fat digestion and is often used as a water stone for weight reduction. Apatite stands for eliminating listlessness, sorrow, frustration, anger and fatigue; it helps you feel more motivated and boosts self-confidence.
Use:
Clean the stones under cold water after unpacking. Add around 300 g of stones to 1 to 2 L of water. Leave the water overnight in the covered glass container and enjoy your own water in the morning.
Cleaning:
As needed, rinse the stones once a week under clear water and let them dry in the sun so they can recharge.
