Fascia is part of the connective tissue that surrounds our muscles and organs like a net. It gives our body stability, mobility, and its shape. If the fascia is tense or stuck together, it can lead to pain. Stuck fascia often shows up as abdominal, back, neck, or joint pain. Training with a massage roller can help prevent or release tension and adhesions.
