Ideology:
This water stone is said to have the following effects: Beautiful green aventurine is believed to strengthen the heart and connective tissue and help with skin conditions. According to ancient lore, drinking aventurine water can improve symptoms for those with skin issues. It is also said to be effective for muscle tension caused by training and/or stress. People with a negative outlook on life report a shift toward the positive.
Application:
Clean the stones under cold water after unpacking. Add about 300 grams of stones to 1 to 2 liters of water. Let the water stand in a covered glass vessel overnight and enjoy your water in the morning.
Cleaning:
As needed, rinse the stones once a week under clear water and let them dry in the sun so they can recharge.
